Hey everyone. Cailin here, with the Ninja
Kitchen team. And I’m here to show you one of my favorite nutrient juices. It’s called
Ginger Greens. This recipe is filled with vitamins and minerals.
And it’s got bright flavors to wake your mind and body up in the morning.
Now let me show you how to make it. I’m going to start by adding some avocado,
which is great in monosaturated fats. I’m going to add cilantro. This is going
to make it very bright and vibrant. And then some kale.
So kale is one of those superfoods. And both cilantro and kale are great for detoxifying
your system. I’m going to add ginger and date. So this
ginger is really fibrous, but it’s easy for the Nutri Ninja to break it down.
And then the date is just for a little bit of sweetness and a little bit of fiber.
I’m going to go ahead and add some kiwi. So this is actually 2 whole kiwis. And this
is going to be great because, again it adds a little bit of sweetness, but it’s got a
lot of vitamins and minerals. I like to add coconut water. Coconut water
adds a little bit of flavor, but also adds hydration.
And I like my green smoothies just a little bit thinner. So this is going to help thin
it out, and get that consistency that I like. I add just a little bit of lime juice. So,
it’s actually great, because it adds, again, just some vibrant flavor to it.
And then here’s the key player…ice. So I love green smoothies that are nice and cold.
Nobody wants a warm green drink. But, again, it’s all up to you on what you want to make,
what you want to do. And that’s the luxury of Nutri Ninja, is that you can really add
a whole bunch of flavors, blend it up, and make it on the go.
So I added my blade, and I’m going to tip the cup upside down. Give it a little shake
to get that water down to the bottom. I aligned my tabs with the cup, onto the base.
Locked it into place. You heard that click. And in just a matter of seconds, I have a
nutrient rich juice, I can enjoy any time of day.
I love drinking mine in the morning. I bring it with me on the go. And that’s because
Ninja has Sip n Seal lids. So I make my nutrient juice in the morning.
I just pop my Sip n Seal lid on, and then I can enjoy it on my way into work.
It’s so bright, so flavorful. I can taste the ginger. You know that it was able to break
down all those fibers, because I can taste every piece of ginger. I’ve got a really
smooth consistency. I have no chunks left in here. And, it’s
really cool. Go ahead and visit Ninjakitchen.com to find
